 The Audio Almanac is a compilation of songs, music, recordings, collage and aural oddities (featuring works by Lumen staff James Islip &#38; Stuart Bannister) compiled and produce by Leeds-based artist collective Black Dogs. The launch event should be a fun, interactive evening and a chance to purchase the (limited edition) almanac itself.

<p>Lumen is working with co-producers imove during 2010. We are commissioning a series of activity exploring human movement in the built environment. How we move in our cities will be explored and then used creatively to reconnect the contemporary viewer with the built environment they inhabit.</p>
<p>As part of this programme we are running a series of creative workshops and master classes. This will enable you to engage in making and discussing media art.</p>
<p><strong>This first workshop stage</strong> is part of a seven week studio space at PSL Gallery in Leeds. Anyone can join in for free in these theory and practical workshops.</p>

<p>In autumn 2010 ‘Moving Body in the City’ will exhibit the new work in over ten screenings to audiences, including free public outdoor screenings across the Yorkshire region.</p>
<p><em><strong>imove </strong></em>is Yorkshire’s signature programme for ensuring a legacy for London 2012. It is funded by the Legacy Trust.  Lumen are co-producing  The Body in the City with <strong>imove</strong> and will  be applying for the project to become officially recognised as part of Yorkshire’s contribution to the Cultural Olympiad<em><br />
